Southern Missouri Rangers is the name of a group of individuals who have been active in the sport of Cowboy Action Shooting(CAS) for quite some time. SMR organized in the winter of 2000 and is affiliated with the parent organization, the Single Action Shooting Society(SASS). SASS provides uniform rules for the sport of CAS. The members of SMR are a group of dedicated cowboys and cowgirls who enjoy the sport of CAS, share a love of history and folklore and have a common interest and respect for the weapons of the Old West.

Are spectators welcome? what is the cost? Bring our own seats?
We are not action shooters but shoot at SOF every week.
Spectators/Guests are always welcome! There is no cost to watch & if you should desire to shoot with us your 1st match is always FREE. We have some seating available (benches & picnic tables), but you’re welcome to bring your own as well. Bring eye & ear protection if you have it, but if not we’ll provide it for you. Come on out and join in the fun. We’d love to see you.
We just wanted to let everyone that the RV Express 66 Rv Park is now open in Marshfield. Our fall rates are 25.00 per site. 50 Amp, sewer, water, grill and picnic tables at each site.
